I was restarting because I thought it was a bug or something. I had three games play out the same way each time. If I declare war on humans I get VC to declare war on me anyway, and the dwarves join. So I always end up at war with the other dwarves. The final issue I'm having is that each of the 3 games I started the Dwarves allied with VC.
So you think, "WOW I get a cool pink building to start." well get your 2 or 4 slayers and then scrap it. Personally I think Dwarf warriors and Crossbows are just a better army comp when you're starting. Slayers are great end game units.but they suck on turn 1. I actually realized that this building sucks and it's better to destroy it. OKAY this is fine, it's supposed to be hard.
If you attack too fast you get rebellions. So killing them is hard because if you wait too long they attack with 2 armies from 2 directions. I'm running into massive public order problems since I can't field more than 1 army. It should be "Hard" and not "Normal." Since I play way too much of this game I'm not losing but I find this to be much more challenging than I thought it would be.Īfter a couple frustrating starts, here's what happened to me.įirst, the Red Eyes generate massive armies quickly.
